If you are not satisfied with your products and would like to return them, please read our return policy and complete the form below. Please, ensure the form’s subject line is “Returns.” Also, provide us with as much information as possible, including Your Name, Email, Phone Number, Order Number, and a brief explanation.
Once we receive your request form, please allow 1-2 business days for us to respond with step-by-step instructions on how to proceed with your return request. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your request has been approved or rejected for refund or store credit.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days. Also, if eligible, an emailed store credit will be sent within 5-7 business days.
Merchandise must be returned within 21 days of the original purchase date.
Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, altered, or washed.
Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in the original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs (Domestic Orders):
We offer pre-paid returns on all items purchased at full price.
If you used a discount code on your original purchase, please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. However, we will gladly offer you store credit for your returned items, if eligible.

For international orders, please be aware that return shipping costs will be covered by the customer. We do not cover international return shipping expenses. However, we will still process your return and offer a refund or store credit, if eligible, once we receive the returned items.
