Is it safe to use my credit card?

Be confident that all your information is secure. All payment transactions are processed through a secure checkout system using encryption protocols designed to maintain all your information private as it is transmitted through the internet. For added security we do not store your financial information such as valid credit numbers.

What payment methods does Disruptive Youth accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. But if you can’t find your preferred payment method please tell us and we will do our best to add it to our system.

When do you charge my credit card?

Your credit card is charged at the time we take your order, just as we start preparing it for shipment. If for some reason something happens during the process, we will reach out to you and we’ll make it right.

Can I cancel my order after it is shipped?

Unfortunately an order cannot be cancelled after it is shipped. But if you canceled your order before it was shipped a full refund will be issued to your credit card.

How long does it take to receive a refund on a credit card?

We issue credits within 24 hours of receiving a cancellation or processing a return. But your credit card company or bank may take up to 7 days. We will send you notice via email once we complete the refund. We then recommend that you call your credit card company and ask how long it takes them to issue the refund.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We partner with the United States Postal Service, UPS, FedEx and other major parcel carriers to get your products to you quickly. It usually takes about 5 business days from when you order, and you can always track it by visiting your profile, or using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send after each purchase. For our friends outside the United States, shipping may take longer. Depending on your location, we estimate 3-12 business days for delivery.
